InvaHost Terms of Service (TOS)

By using services provided by InvaHost ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Client", "Customer", or "User") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date contact and billing information.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account and must protect your login credentials.

2. Services Provided

InvaHost offers domain registration, shared and dedicated hosting, reseller hosting, email hosting, and other web-related services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service for maintenance, upgrade, or security purposes with or without prior notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Host or distribute illegal, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content
• Violate local, national, or international laws
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Harm our infrastructure through excessive resource usage (CPU, memory, bandwidth, etc.)
• Interfere with the rights of other users or third parties

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your services without refund.

4. Billing & Payment

• All services must be paid in advance, either monthly or annually.
• Invoices are due immediately upon receipt. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
• Services will be automatically renewed unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on select shared hosting plans.
• Refunds are not available for:
  • Domain registrations
  • SSL certificates
  • Custom services
• Cancellation requests must be submitted through your client area or by written notice at least 3 days before the next billing cycle.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You breach any term of this agreement
• You engage in activities that harm our network or violate law
• You fail to pay outstanding invoices after repeated warnings

We reserve the right to retain or delete data following termination.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

• We collect and process data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
• Client data will never be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except when required by law.
• We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

8. Backups

• Backups are provided for select hosting plans, but InvaHost is not responsible for lost data.
• Clients are advised to maintain their own off-site backups for security.

9. Limitation of Liability

• InvaHost is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business, or profits.
• Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the last 6 months.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, or civil unrest.

11. Amendments to This Agreement

We may revise this TOS at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
• Any dispute shall be resolved by courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
